The Jewish Community Coun-
cil will hold its next quarterly
conference on Sunday evening,
March 14, at the Jewish Commu-
nity Center.
This will be a business meet-
ing, and many items of 'impor-
tance will be on the agenda. Del-
egates are urged to participate in
the discussions and bring the
viewpoints of their organizations
to the Council's deliberations on
community policy. Attendance of
delegates will be recorded, and
the organizations not represented
will be advised of the failure of
their delegates to attend.
James I. Ellmann, president of
the Jewish Community Council,
will preside.
The Jewish Community Coun-
cil urges the constituent organi-
zations to bring their members to
the non-sectarian public meeting
to be held this Sunday afternoon
at the Cass Technical High
School, to give expression to De-
troit's protest against the Nazi
terror.

A committee of prominent Detroit sponsors has arranged
for a luncheon in honor of Dr. Stephen S. Wise, to be held
at 12:30 Sunday at Hotel Statler.
The luncheon is being given on the occasion of the visit
in Detroit of the president of the American Jewish Congress,
who will be one of the speakers at the protest rally against
