Regiment Poised to Strike at Axis

The Jewish Agency for Palestine has enlisted
47,000 Palestinians in the all-Jewish Palestine
Buffs Regiment, and Jewish manpower is now in
a strategic position to carry a winning fight
against the Axis. Supported by the United Pales.
tine Appeal, which receives its support from the
Allied Jewish- Campaign of Detroit, Palestine con-
tinues as an arsenal for the democracies. Thanks
to the success of the Detroit War Chest drive,
which includes the Allied Jewish Campaign, sup-
port from our community will continue to flow
to Palestine's Jewish heroes who are allied with
the United Nations in the fight to crush the

menace of Nazi-Fascism.
