"SUNDAY FUN" FOR MS.
WILL START ON NOV. 8
`'Sunday Fun" for juniors is to
begin again at the Jewish Com-
munity Center on November 8 at
2 p. rn., as a reunion for those
who attended Camp Habonim
during the summer. Other juniors
are invited to attend.
•Holiday programs and parties
are being planned under the di-
rection of Florence Lipshitz. Jun-
iors, 7 to 13, are invited to the
"Sunday Fun" programs.
Friday afternoons, 4:30 to 6,
boys and girls between the ages
of 10 and 13 will have special
club activities. There will be
games, dramatics, arts and crafts.
Miss Ethel Shur is in charge.

BOWLING ALLEYS ARE
AVAILABLE AT CENTER
The bowling alleys of the Jew-
ish Community Center are now
available for clubs and organiza
tions who wish their own leagues
and teams. Members may bring
their friends for an evening of
bowling. Gtiest- cards are avail-
able from the membership secre-
tary. There are nominal fees.

CENTER INTERMEDIATE
DANCES START NOV. 14
Intermediate Council of the
Jewish Community Center will
hold novelty dances on alternat-
ing Saturday nights, beginning on
Saturday, Nov. 14, at the Center.
The second in the series will be
a Thanksgiving dance on Nov. 28.
There will be a nominal fee for
all intermediates.

BASKETBALL EXHIBITION
AT JEWISH CENTER NOV. 15
Ballicetball players and their
followers will get "inside dope"
on the cage sport in the main
gymnasium of the Jewish Com-
munity Center on Sunday, Nov.
15, at 3 p. m. Coach Don' Ridler
of Lawrence Tech will bring his
squad for a clinic and exhibition.
Coach Ridler's squad will play. a
short game with a selected Cen-
ter squad composed of former
varsity players. Admission is free
to the public.

CLASS IN RUSSIAN
The class in Russian is continu-
ing to meet on Thursday evenings
at the Jewish Community Center.
Albert W. Shafer, who was edu-
cated in Russian schools and
American universities, teaches
the course. There are openings
for new students who should
register with E. Lbuis Neimand,
director of the Center.
