LISBON (JTA) — Jews and
'Aryans" alike, who are intern-
ed in Spain as political refugees
from Germany or Nazi-occupied
countries, are now being handed
over to the German authorities
by the Franco government for
transportation to Eastern Euro-
pean territory for forced labor
there. No distinction is made be-
tween men and women, the re-
port says. All interned refugees
are delivered by the Spanish
police to a special Gurman re-

Spain for the purpose of secur-
ing as much slave labor as pos-
sible. On the other hand, it was
reported here from Norway that
workers. who are doing forced
labor on Nazi fortifications there
