Judge Keidan's Editorial

(Continued from Page 1)

It would be well to remember these things as we
go about our work in the current Allied Jewish Cam-
paign. In raising funds for our unhappy brothers in
Europe, for our heroic kinsmen in Palestine and for the
many agencies which serve Jewish life here in America
and in Detroit, we are supplying sinews of war with
which to fight the Fascist enemy, and helping to keep
strong those inner moral and spiritual forces which have
been the staying power of the Jewish people throughout
the centuries.
The Allied Jewish Campaign of 1942 is more than
a drive for a certain sum of money. It is one of the
means by which we, together with the free democratic
forces represented by the United Nations, hope to bring
to a successful conclusion this most crucial of all wars,
the war between Sinai and the enemies of Sinai.
Let us prove worthy of our responsibility and the
goal which lies before us.
