The centers, !schools, synagogues

American Red Cross.
The Red Cross unit of the De-
troit Ladies' Auxiliary of the Jew-
ish War Veterans of the United
States has begun its third year of
Red Cross work In Room 204 of
the Jewish Community Center.
Woodward and Holbrook. Ella
Feldman, Lillian Fink. Bea Zientz
and Miriam Rubinstein are in
charge Three additional work

Berkowitz and Marie Marks. The
Veterans' Auxiliary work room at
the Beth Tefilo Emanuel is in

Winston and Nita Neff. Another
unit operates at the home of Mrs.
M. Bluestein. The Veterans' Aux-
iliary motor corps consists of Ruth
~ tch rieber, Essie Bora and Rhea
Noliek. The general chairman is
Nettie Raskin, and her co-chair-
man is Ruth E3olhower. Close to
50.000 hours of work have already
been nerformed by these groups.
