Israel Center. Dr. Churgin will
discuss plans for the proposed
University at Ramath Gan, and
Kirshblum will speak on the
bond Issue. Both Churgin and
Kirshblum are attending the
Bar Mitzvah of the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Philip Stollman,
chairman of the bond drive
committee of t h e religious
groups.

Formation of a mothers' coun-
cil of the religious school of the
Adas Shalom Synagogue was an-
nounced by Mrs. Jacob Levine,
chairman of the Sisterhood school
committee.
The council will consist of two
mothers from each grade in addi-
tion to the chairman of the com-
mittee.
The purpose of the council is:
1. To promote a better under-
standing of the school among the
parents and the community;
2. To help make the school at-
tractive to the children;
3. To interpret the school to
the Sisterhood and the com-
munity;
4. To assist the school in practi-
cal ways, and
5. To provide each child with
a gift at the end of the school
year and special gifts for scholar-
ship and attendance.
