Mr. and Mrs. Louis Levine announce the engagement of their
daughter, Freda, to Leon Weberman, son of the late Mr. and Mrs.
Max Mittelman. The wedding is set for Sept. 2.



Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Winneg of Brockton, Mass., announce
the engagement of their daughter, Leona Cecile, to Albert M. Posen,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Isadore Posen of Marlowe avenue. Miss
Winneg will graduate from the University of Michigan in June. She
is a member of the Senior Honor Society and chairman of the
social action department of the Student Religious Association. Mr
Posen attended Wayne University and is affiliated with Phi Alpha
fraternity. A late summer wedding is planned.

Mr. and Mrs. Louis Tabashnik of Fairfield avenue announce the
engagement of their daughter, Nedra, to Donald A. Kapetansky, son
of Dr. and Mrs. Nathan J. Kapetansky of Birchcrest drive. Miss
Tabashiuk and Mr. Kapetansky are both students at the University
of Michigan. A September wedding is planned.
