moderate oven for about one hour.



Mrs. Mark Benach of Clements avenue suggested the following:
PESACH BANANA CAKE
3 eggs.
3/4 cup of sugar.
1 /, teaspoon of salt.
6 tablespoons of potato starch.
6 tablespoons of cake meal.
2 small mashed bananas.

Whip yolks until light, add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add
mashed bananas to yolk mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten whites, then
sift in flour a small amount at a time until blended. May be mixed
with cup of chopped nuts, or chopped nuts with 2 tbs. of sweet
wine added to yolks.
