In a ceremony March 11 at the Hotel Owosso, Owosso, Mich.,
Elaine R. Ossipove, daughter of Mrs. Isaac Axelrode of Buena
Vista avenue, Detroit, was united in marriage with Albert Bakst,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Sewell Bakst of Windsor, Ont. Rabbi Mendel
Glancz of Bay City officiated.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her brother, Samuel
Ossipove, wore a semi-formal dress of ballerina length with a
hooped skirt of chantilly lace.
The dress had a sweetheart neckline and a peplum running
into a shirred V-point in the back. She wore an illjision fingertip
veil.
Mrs. Samuel Ossipove was her sister-in-law's matron of honor.
Marilyn Leib of Detroit was bridesmaid.
Philip Bakst served his brother as best man and Edward Katz
of Windsor was usher.
