Purim Fete Slated
at Temple Israel

The festival of Purim will be
observed by the children of Tem-
ple Israel Religious School Sun-
day morning, March 18, when the
children of the Kindergarten and
• Grades 1, 2 will come in Purim
costume.
The children will be dressed as
characters of the Book of Esther,
characters of the Bible, and as
personages of Jewish history in
general.
They will see a film of the story
of Esther, and a Purim play pre-
sented by the stage group of Tem-
ple Israel. They will hold a
parade of the costumes and par-
take of Hamantashen.
