executive board of the National
Federation of Temple Sister-
hoods, it was announced by Mrs.
Louis A. Resett, presiden of the
organization.
Mrs. Danto is a member of

Scrap Dealer Group
to Install New Officers

The Greater Detroit Scrap
Trade Association, a non-profit
corporation, promoting the co-
operation among the various scrap
metal dealers and governmental
agencies, have elected new offi-
cers for the year 1951.

on Jan. 13:

NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF
PUBLIC ADMINISTRATOR
STATE OF MICHIGAN
IN THE PROBATE COURT FOR THE
COUNTY OF WAYNE
At a session of said court held in
the Courthouse in the city of Detroit,
in said county, on the 27th day of
November, A.D., 1950.
Present: HONORABLE THOMAS C.
MURPHY, Judge of Probate.
Notice is hereby given of the grant-
ing of administration on the 27th day
of November, A.D.. 1950, by Order of
this Court to FREDERICK YATES, a
Public Administrator for said County,
upon the petition of D'Arcy O'Brien,
Public Administrator of the State of
Michigan, duly filed in this Court, in
each of the above entitled and corn-
bined estates of the above named per-
sons who have disappeared and have
not been heard from for a continuous
period of more than seven years.
This notice is being given pursuant
to the provisions of Act 329, Public
Acts of 1947, being the Michigan Code
of Escheats.
It is ordered that this notice be
published once In each week for three
successive weeks In the Jewish Chron-
icle, a newspaper printed, published
and circulated In said county.
