Colombian Bias

NEW YORK— (WNS) --Active

Congress declared in a letter to
Don Edwrdo Zuleto-Angel, am-
bassador of Colombia to the
United States.
The letter cited a memorial
service held on Oct. 27 by Colom-
bian students in honor of Nazis
executed as war criminals. Those
present, the letter said, displayed
swastikas and distributed pic-
tures of Adolf Hitler and other
Nazi propaganda leaflets.

the oldest Bnai Brith lodge in
Michigan, will celebrate Hanuk-
kah together with Pisgah Chap-
ter, the largest women's chapter
of Bnai Brith in the world, on
Monday evening at Northwest
Hebrew Congregation.
One of the features of the
meeting will be the lighting of
the Hanukkah tapers in the tra-
ditional manner.
Music for the occasion will be
provided by Maurice J. Short,
director of the Bnai David Choir,
and Florence Weintraub, well-
known mezzo-soprano.
A brief address will be deliv-
ered by Rabbi Jacob E. Segal of
the Northwest Hebrew Congre-
gation, entitled ''Kindling the
Lights in a Darkening World."
Gifts will be provided for
every lady who attends. The
