Bulletin
TEL AVIV - (Special) - The
Israeli government denied that it
was responsible for the fighter
attack on a Lebanese airliner
which resulted in the death of
two passengers.
Israel stated that it had warned
all nations that aircraft flying
unauthorized flights over its terr-
itory would be challenged. The
statement said that the plane had
been ordered repeatedly to land
and that a warning burst was
finally fired over the bow.
T h e Lebanese government
charged that the plane was fired
upon over Lebanese territory.
Nine American passengers aboard
were uninjured. Both countries
said that they would file protests
with the United Nations.

Cousens mentally ill.
How horribly overcrowded our
present mental hospitals are.
And how only a vast program of
expansiorr can solve the need. In-
stead of meeting this need, how-
ever, the legislature actually re-
duced appropriations," Cousens
declared.
"Small corporations are dis-
criminated against in favor of
the big ones," said the senatorial
candidate. "The existing corpor-
ation tax ends at the $50,000
mark. In other words, the small
business man operating at the
$50,000 mark pays exactly the
same tax as a corporation with
annual . profits up in the millions
of dollars.
