Why not try it' BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE
26 Graham crackers
1 pound farmer cheese
k's pound sweet, melted butter
1 pint sour cream
1 can blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
cup sugar
5 eggs, separated
2 tablespoons corn starch
4 teaspoons corn starch
1 teaspoon vanilla
Take one can of blueberries, mix with 3/4 cup of sugar and 2
tablespoons of corn starch, put in a saucepan. Cook until thick. Stir
as mixture is cooking and then cool. Refrigerate until ready for
baking.
Mix cheese, sour cream, sugar and beaten egg yolks until
smooth. Take small amount of cheese mixture and add corn starch
and vanilla, mix smoothly, then add balance of cheese mixture.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into cheese mixture.
Mash the crackers with the melted butter and pat into a baking
dish. Add Blueberry mixure and then add cheese mixture on top.
Sprinkle a few crumbs over top of cheese cake. Put in cold oven
and bake for one hour, 325 degrees.
