Komer of Monte Vista avenue and the late Mr. Komer. The bride-elect attended Elmira Free Academy and Briarcliff Junior College. She is a member of Tau Beta Sigma Sorority. Mr. Komer, athletic director of Horseheads High School, attended the University of Illinois and is a graduate of Ohio State University. A member of Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity, he works as a: part-time baseball scout for the St. Louis Browns. Wedding plans will be announced later. Troth. Announced Society notes Sidney D. The Nathan Fishmans and their daughter, Gerry, have re- turned from an extended stay in Los Angeles and Tucson, Ariz. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Yanich of Leslie avenue have as their guest their son-in-law, Rabbi Walter Plaut, of Fargo., N. D. A two year stay in Hawaii is planned by Mr. and Mrs. Harry Frankel of Washington, D.C., who recently visited 'with their parents, the I. Rosensteins of Lawrence avenue, while en route to their new home. The Frankels were entertain- ed extensively during their De- troit visit Mr and Mrs. Samuel Weisman feted them at a party for 35 guests, the Wil- liam Feldmans gave a dinner in their honor, and the Harry Mil- lers were hosts at a party for the Frankels. Mr. and Mrs. Al Gursky, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Dermer and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Rosenstein also entertained the visitors. • • • Mr. and Mrs. Merman J.
