Mrs. Aaron Osri, executive di-
rector of the Leo N. Levi Mem-
orial Fund and director of the
Henry Moasky Foundation, ad-
dressed the joint meeting of the
chapter and the Rabbi Zagar
chapter on the history of Bnai
Brith. After refreshments were
served she sang a song of her own

composition.

The audience will participate in
the program and the winner will
receive an outfit from a north-
west merchant, Mrs. Herbert Har-
ris, donor chairman, announced.

A dessert luncheon will pre-
cede the program.

be presented March 6, according

to the Lodge Awards Committee.
The Bnai Brith members in good
standing outside of the Ivan S.
Bloch membership, are eligible
for this award. The committee
stated that entries will close on
Jan. 21, and the results an-
nounced on Feb. 1. In making
this award, the judges declared,
the credo followed will be "con-
spicuous services inconspicuous-
ly rendered."

At its first annual birthday
party ; the chapter honored its
supervisor, Mrs. Lewis Manning.
Mrs. Manning was made an hon-
orary member of the chapter for
her work and leadership in Bnai
Brith. Entertainment followed
candlelighting ceremonies. Mrs.
Charles Solovich and Mrs. Man-
ning were the guest speakers.
A "member bring member" tea
will be held Thursday evening,
Jan. 12 at the home of Mrs.
Charles Galinsky, Mrs. Ben Gar-
