It has been pro- claimed as the Year of Jerusalem. Ain Karem, a youth and chil- dren's village which lies west of Jerusalem will be built to be- come the home of 600 children refugees from various parts of Europe and North Africa. Pioneer Women funds will also be utilized for the restoration of the youth training farm at Tal- piot, in the east of Jerusalem, and a central bujlding in the heart of the city.
