to Start Season

The Northwest Institute of
Adult Jewish Studies will begin
its fourth season on Tuesday,
Nov. 29 will be held on 20 con-
secutive Tuesday evenings from
8-10.

Three new instructors have
added to the staff. Albert
Elazer will conduct a course ,on
"The Land of Israel—Its Geog-
raphy, History, People, and Pol-
itics." Two Hebrew classes will
be offered—the beginners' class
to be instructed by Alex Ro-
berg, and the intermediate re-
fresher course by Michael Mich-
lin.

of lectures on "The Practical Arts
Jewish Living."

On alternate Tuesdays Rabbi
Segal will continue his course
"The Bible comes to Life."
The institute is sponsored by
the Congregation, Men's Club
and Sisterhood. Mr. John Allen,
Mr. Nate Maxman, and Mrs.
David Dunsky, are the chairmen.
