(Anti-Defamation League), and
movies will also be shown. Re-
freshments will be served after
the meeting. Jack Caminker,

Gershwin Lodge
The favorable progress of the
membership campaign of the
lodge was announced by the
president, Bernard Weiss. He
urged the men not to relax their
efforts, however, so that the lodge
can soon reach its quota of new
members.

The Sisters of Zion Mizrachi,
will hold a pep rally for members
and friends at 1 p.m., Thursday.
Nov. 17 at the Rosenberg social
hall on Dexter at Boston boule-
vard.
The meeting will be preceded
by a dessert luncheon. The guest
speaker will be Mrs. Sarah
Shnitz, formerly of Detroit, and
now of Los Angeles.
Mrs. Shnitz is the founder of
the Mizrachi Women's Council-.of
Los Angeles and is visiting in
Detroit enroute to the national
convention of Mizrachi Women in
Atlantic City.
Mrs: Isaac Rosenthal, of the
Zion Chapter, has been asked to
conduct a session of the national
convention devoted to child res-
cue.- She is the Detroit chairman
of child rescue for ,Mizrachi
Women.
Other Detroit delegates will be
Mrs. Rose Singer, president, Mrs.
Herman Mosher and Mrs. Joseph
Kunin. From the Northwest Chap-
ter, Mrs. Alice Lutz and from the
Fannie Gluck Chapter, Mrs. Phil-
lip Faelk.
