Group to Meet

Rabbi Baum, chairman of the
committee for a democratic AJC,
has been a member of the con-
gress for 27 years and is a former
organizational director of AJC.

T. Rogers, noted chest physician,
has accepted the post of director
of medical activities at the City
of Hope, non-sectarian long-term
illness hospital formerly known
as the Los Angeles Sanatorium
at Duarte, Victor M. Carter,
president of the institution, an-
nounced.
Dr. Rogers is a graduate of the
Columbia University and the
Yale Medical School and a for-
mer member of the faculty of the
University of Washington Medi-
cal School in Seattle.
