NEW YORK —The National
Council of Jewish Women will
hold its 19th triennial convention
from Oct. 23-28, at the Lord Bal-
timore Hotel, Baltimore, Md.,
Mrs. Joseph M. Welt, of Detroit,
national president, anounced.
Delegates to the convention,
which will mark the organiza-
tion's 56th anniversary, will rep-
resent more than 85,000 members
in 229 sections throughout the
country. Representatives of the
Canadian group will also be pres-
ent.
