LONDON—(WNS)— The pres-

1,000,000 and in the next five
years it will reach 2,000.000, Rab-
bi Israel Goldstein of New York,
who has just resigned his post as
treasurer of the Jewish Agency in
Jerusalem, declared here.
Rabbi Goldstein, in London en
route to the U. S., said that it is
felt in Israel that there is room,
with proper economic develop-
ment, for 4 to 5,000,000 Jews there
eventually.
He also stated that Israel was
now developing a tourist business
that would eventually rival Swit-
zerland's and that foreign capital
was needed for Israel's industrial
development.
