Sunday at the Tuller Hotel. Reg-

pointed musical director of
Congregation Shaarey Zedek,
Harry M. Shulman, president,
announced. Frohman had been
guest conductor for several
months prior to his appoint-
ment. He studied piano, cello,
organ and composition at the
New York College of Music,
and conducted under Dr. Wal-
ter Damrowh. Frohman has
written and composed upwards
of 150 liturgical compositions.
