of Webb avenue celebrated their
51st wedding anniversary with
a family dinner on July 10.

Mr. and Mrs. John Schneider,
of Blaine avenue, entertained at
a lawn party at their Walled
Lake summer home on July 4.
Honored guests were their
cousins, Mr. and Mrs. Charles
Schnaid, who flew in from
Springs, South Africa, to help the
Schneiders celebrate their 25th
wedding anniversary. Other
guests were from Chicago, Flint
and Ann Arbor.

spending a month in Elk Rapids, Horwitz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Horwitz of Utica, N. Y., at an
evening ceremony. June 26, at Congregation Shaarey Zedek.

Rabbi Joseph Eisentnan, grandfather of the bride, officiated. He
was assisted by Rabbi A. M. Hershman and Rabbi Morris Adler. .
The bride wore a gown of ivory satin with a full skirt and long
train. Her veil was attached to the bonnet shaped cap. She carried
a white orchid with streamers of lillies-of-the-valley and ste-
phanotis over a white Bible.
Elayne Polozker was maid of honor, Alyce Targer bridesmaid
and Judy Aronson junior bridesmaid.
Dan Ableson served as best man. Ushers were Michael Horwitz,
brother of the bridegroom, Morton Rizika, Jud Levey, Harvey Fink
and Arthur Mittleman, all of Utica, N. Y., and Arnold Eisenman,
brother of the bride.
Following a Bermuda honeymoon, the couple will make their
home in Utica.
