Irene Bluestein became the,
bride of Seymour Burg, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Burg of
Calvert avenue, at Congregation
Bnai Zion, June 19, with Rabbi
Solomon Gruskin officiating.
The bride, daughter o: Mr. and
Mrs. Jack Bluestein of Lawrence
avenue, wore a white satin gown
which had a yoke of illusion, a
fitted bodice, long sleeves and
semi-fitted skirt which ended in
a long train. Her veil of illusion
was caught to a crown of seed
pearls. She carried a fan of
while orchids.
\ Helen Bluestein was maid of
honor and bridesmaids were
Edith Goldman,. Maxine Gold,
Florence Finkelstein and Shirley
Stein.
Abraham Duke was best man
and ushers were Milton Burg,
Saul Burg, Myer Klein and
Harold Perlman.
Following a month's stay in
California, the couple will reside
on Chicago boulevard.

daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alex
Applebaum of Pingree avenue, to
Mark Singerman, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Sam Singerman of Clements
avenue, on June 19.

the marriage rites at an evening
ceremony.•
The bride's white embroidered
organdy gown was worn over ice
blue taffeta. Highlights of the
gown were the sweetheart neck-
line, cap sleeves and full skirt.
A halo of white' tulle held the
fingertip veil of Illusion. She
carried a Bible topped with white
orchids.
Mrs. Julius Iskow was matron
of honor. Paul Singerman served
as best man.
Following a New York honey-
moon, the couple will reside on
Clements avenue.
