Leib is a graduate of 'the De-
troit College of Law. lie is
a former professor of labor rela-
tions law at the Detroit Institute
of Technology and formerly was
associated with the Detroit city
election commission.
Leib is engaged in law prac-
tice with his brother, Samuel W.
Leib, vice-president of District 6,
Bnai Brith. Meyer Leib has been
called on to negotiate many labor
contracts and to arbitrate and
conciliate numerous labor griev-
ances.

Dr. Lawrence I. YalTa, presi-
dent of the Greater Detroit Bnai
Brith Council, announces the fol-
