Coggan was installed as president of the Greater Detroit Bnai Brith Women's Council for 1949-50 at induction ceremonies Wednesday at the Hotel Tuller. Mrs. Charles Solo- vial was the installing officer. Serving with Mrs. Coggan will be Mesdames William Phillips and Lewis Manning, vice-presidents; Mrs. Morris Tack, treasurer; Mesdames Jack Howell, Kalman Bruss and Louis Fisher, secretaries; Mrs. Seymour Weismann, sentinel; and Mrs. Gerald Goldberg, counselor.
