A symposium on The Israeli
Constitution—Its Impact on World
Affairs," will be held Tuesday
evening at the Lee Plaza under
the at.-pices of the Business and
Profe-sional Chapter of the
American Jewish Congress.
Various phases of the Constitu-
tion will be discussed by authori-
ties. Dean Charles H. King of the
Detroit College of lam will speak
on judicial aspects of the con-
stitution; Prof. Boaz Siegel of
Wayne University law school will
discuss civil liberties and labor
unions under the constitution:
Dean Charles J. McKenna of the
University of Detroit law school
will examine constitutional dif-
ferences: Rabbi Joshua S. Sivrka
will survey the role of religion
in the public school system of
Israel: and Seymour Tilchin,
publisher of the Jewish Chronicle,
will address the audience on the
church versus State in Israel.
Zelden Cohen, psesicient of the
chapter. extends an invitation to
everyone. A discussion will fol-
low the presentation.

Commission is still accepting ap-
plications for scholarships to
Brandeis Camp Institutes being
held in July and August. for two
and four-week periods, in three
camps located in Pennsylvania,
North Carolina and California,
The Zionist leadership training
program includes lecture courses,
discussion groups and work shops,
as well as full recreational fa-
cilities.
Applicants must be high school
graduates. between 18-25, who
have a desire to assimilate as
much Zionist background as pos-
sible in order to take their place
in the community as Zionist
youth leaders.
The Youth Commission has
several scholarships open. For

own fee can apply fur the two-
week course at $100, or the four,
week course at $175. All appli-
