UHS Alumni meeting last Sat-

scholarship committee chairman.

The annual installation of offi-
cers of the Pinsker Progressive
Aid Society will be held Tues-
day evening at the Jewish Cul-
tural Center, 2705 Joy road.

"The Israeli Election and the
Significance of Its Outcome" will
be the title of a report to be giv-
en by Baruch Rosenberg at a
meeting of the Retar Chapter at
9 p.m., Tuesday, in the Jewish

At a luncheon given in her
honor by the. Detroit "Women's
Division, Mrs. Harry Landsman
was awarded second prize in a
national skit-writing contest con-
ducted by the American ,Jewish
Congress.
Mts. Landsman competed with
54 other contestants with her
skit entitled, "Ours The Task."
The award was presented by Mrs.
Newton S, Arnold, national pro-
gram director.
