Mrs. Sol Bloom, editor, has been busy for months gathering and preparing stories and ad- vertisements for the newspaper. She is one of the many lead- ers who are playing major roles in the Council's $75,000 fund= raising drive, which will culmi- nate in the Nov. 22 extrava- ganza. PROGRAM CHANGED According to Mesdames Samuel Gutterman and Kalman Bruss, chairman and co-chairman of ar- rangements, Tito Guizar, the guest artist, .has made a change in his program. Instead of a small orchestra, he will bring here Vincent De Sola, concert pianist; Marjorie Harper, composer-pianist; Carla and Fernando, famed Mexican dance team; and Maria Teresa Fonseca, noted soprano from Mexico.
