at 5:95 p.m., Tuesday.
Rabbi Moses Lehrman will
conduct the service and deliver

Worship on Wednesday will
begin at 8 a.m. The topic of
Rabbi Lehrmaris sermon will be
"Lest We Forget" and will pre-
cede the Yizkor prayers which
will be recited at 11:30.
The same schedule will be
followed for supplementary ser-
vices in the social hall, which
will be conducted by Cantor
Samuel Glantz, assisted by his
son Leo. Rabbi Lehrman will
preach the sermons.
Junior congregation services
will be conducted separately, in
two groups.

16,000 Italy DP's
Await Israeli Call

ROME (JWNS) — The 16,000
displaced Jews in Italy who are
dispersed throughout the coun-
try, including 5,000 in Rome, Mi.
Ian and Florence, will emigrate
to Israel in the course of the
forthcoming months.
The ports of Bari and Rome
will serve as transit centers. The
camps in Limona, Permo, Rivoli,
and Jesi are in the process of
liquidation.
The Yiddish periodical Far'n
Folk, organ of former Jewish
partisans, is ceasing publication.

31 at the home of Mr. and Mrs.

The past year has seen the
birth of a new Jewish State, ful-
filling to an extent an age-long
dream. But at the same time
strife and bloodshed and misun-
derstanding have marred the
Holy Land during the struggles
of birth. It is our earnest prayer
that peace with justice may dur-

ty this New Year symbolizes a
rededication to God whom we
