Mr. and Mrs. Isadore Callow of Calvert avenue announce the
engagement of their daughter Selma to Irwin Ely Brussel-Smith,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Smith of New York City. The
wedding will take place Aug. 22 in New York.
Announcement is made of the betrothal of Edith Bernett,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Waiter Bernett of Broadstreet boule-
vard, to Oscar Levy, sun of Mrs. Flora Levy of Pingree avenue.

bride of Nathan Zigman, July
25 at the Sheraton Hotel.
The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Green-
baum of Collingwood avenue.
Her husband is the son of Mrs.
Morris Zigman of Chicago.
Muriel Weiss, niece of the
bride, was maid of honor. Nor-
man Noble served his brother-
in-law as best man.
After their honeymoon, the
newlyweds will make their home
at 11845 LaSalle boulevard.
Before her marriage the bride
was feted at many pre-nuptial
affairs. Among those who en-
tertained for her were Mesdames
Norman Noble, Albert P. Weiss,
Henry Kolof, Bernard Zack,
Charles H. Aller and Leonard
Farber.
