Drive Starts Oct. 19

The Detroit Auxiliary of the
Los Angeles Sanitarium is busy
laying the groundwork for its
1948 campaign for $50,000.
Chairman harry •Goldinberg
said the drive will be launched
Oct. 19 and will last 10 weeks.
The Detroit campaign is part
of a nationwide effort started in
1946 to raise 17,200,000. To date
$4,000,000 has been collected.
Additimal plans will be framed
at a meeting Thursday evening
at 11529 Linwood avenue, to
which the public is invited.
