Tribute Is Paid
to Mrs. Rinker

It is

one thing to be able to do
a job in a thorough, efficient
manner, but it's another to be
able to select other people to do
that job in the same manner—
and it's a rare woman who com-
bines both of these abilities.
All of which is the best in-
troduction possible to Mrs. I. Ir-
ving Bittker, who has conducted
so many activities successfully
for the Women's Division of the
Jewish Welfare Federation that
nobody attempts to catalogue
them.
One of the most businesslike
workers in the division, Mrs.
Bittker is regarded as some kind
of genie by many of her asso-
ciates, because she is able to pull
completed jobs out of a hat with
such regularity and dependabil-
ity.

June Siderman, a student at
UCLA, will arrive the last week
in June to spend the summer
with her parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Louis Siderman. She will con-
tinue her studies in the fall at
the University of Michigan.
