BETWEEN THE LINES
Whom does Nettie Borman
know in Chicago that keeps her
in smiles for weeks after her re-
turn?

Prof. Alwyn V. Freeman, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Free-
man of Detroit, former legal ad-
viser to the State Department,
is spending a year at Ohio State
University, where he was called
to establish an international law
department.
In his first public speech at
the university, Prof. Freeman
told the Young Republican Club
that "as long as the United
States does.not oppose the So-
viet Union by intervention, Rus-
sian communism will continue
to expand."
He said "the real problem to-
day is Russian imperialism, and
not the battle between capital-
bm and communism."
