a joint installation of officers,
Wednesday evening in Work-
men's Circle.
Dr. Lawrence Yaffa will be in-
stalled as president of the men's
group, and Mrs. Joseph Rodman
of the chapter. Jess Feller, past
president of the Michigan Bnai
Brith Council, and Mrs. Jack J.
Hartstein, member of the gen-
eral committee of Women's Dis-
trict Grand Lodge, will be in-

HARRY B. GURVIS, worship-
ful master of Mosaic Lodge,
was feted last week at a stag
party, at which $1,750 was
contributed to Haganah in his
honor. The lodge will cele-
brate it's silver anniversary
in 1949.
