Rabbi to Give Address at Sessions In a call issued by the De- troit American Birobidjan Com- mittee (A mbijan), all Jewish or- ganizations are asked to send delegates to a conference at 10 a.m. Sunday, at the Lee Plaza Hotel. The significance of the estab- lishment of Bic: Jewish State will be outlined by Isadore Starr, president of the Detroit division of the committee. Rabbi Mayer I. Herman, of the Brith Shalom Congregation, secretary of the Bronx, N. Y. Council of Rabbis, will be guest speaker.
