CLUBS

The Women's Emergency Re-
lief Committee raised $800 at its
recent bazaar and luncheon. The
funds are being used to send
Passover packages to DP's. A
plea for play and recreational
materials for children has been
made by a DP camp at Darm-
stadt, Germany. For informa-

A musical comedy, "The Liar,"
will be held by the Detroit
12mmen of Alpha Omega den-
tal fraternity, May 5 in the Art
Institute. For tickets call Mrs.

ceeds will go for student hous-

The Sheruth League celebrat-
ed its fourth anniversary at a
dinner-dance at Club Bali, with
Mrs. Alvin Skelly and Mrs.
Henry Brontman as chairmen.

gift of $750 to the Allied Jew-
ish Campaign, $500 of which
was earmarked exclusively for
the llaganah.
