Mrs. Betty Russ of Chicago
announces the marriage of her
daughter Marion to Mannie
Abrahams, son of the late Mr.
and Mrs. Harry Abrahams. The
couple is residing at the Wil-
shire Hotel.

Congregation Shaarey Zedek
was the scene last Sunday for
the marriage of Shirley Lillian
Meltzer, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Louis Meltzer of Rochester
avenue, to Ben Jack Schall, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Hyman Schall
of Toledo.
The bride wore a cocktail
length dress of grey crepe. Her
veil of illusion fell from a crown
of fresh gardenias. She carried
a bouquet of gardenias centered
with white orchids.
Mrs. Isadore Schall was ma-
tron of honor and Jules Rivlin
was best man.
After a month's honeymoon
in California, the couple will
snake its home in Toledo.

Mr. and Mrs. Jacob M. Art of
Cortland avenue have left on a
motor trip to Florida. They will
remain there until the end of
March, when they will leave for
Shreveport, La., to visit their
children, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Art.
