payoff came when the attorneys for the plaintiffs

proves once more that red-baiting is no protection
against anti-Semites, who get you coming and going.
We're informed that the ADL favors dropping the
appeal, because it has assumed a large share of the
financial responsibility.• Why doesn't The Sentinel
appeal for a public defense fund and emancipate itself
from ADL tutelage?
