25 at Birthday Party
of Melvene Erman

At a family dinner given recently by the bride-elect's mother,
the engagement of Ann Kroll to Jack Torf, son of the Rev. and
Mrs. L. A. Torf of Cincinnati, was announced by her parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Abe Kroll of Carter avenue.
Mrs. Sarah Avrushin of Webb avenue announces the engage-
ment of her daughter Betty to Theodore E. Ross, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Charles Ross of Normandy avenue. Nuptials will take place
Feb. 14.
Announcement is made of the engagement of Frances Gorov,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Gorov of Prairie avenue, to Bernard
Barack, son of Mr. and Mrs. Milton Barack of Santa Barbara
drive. The wedding will take place in February. Mr. Barack is a
graduate of Wayne University.
