Ex-Deiroiter Speaks Vows in L. A.

Rabbi Chaim Weinstein
Is Wed to Palestinian

Announcement is made of the
marriage of Cannella Ginsberg,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel
Ginsberg of Haifa, Palestine, to
Rabbi Chaim Weinstein, son of
Rabbi and Mrs. Ruben Wein-
stein of Buffalo.
The wedding was solemnized
by the groom's father at Congre-
gation Tifferes Zion in Buffalo
Miss Ginsberg is a former
student of Balfour College and
the Hebrew University of Jeru-
salem. She came to the United
States to continue her studies
in psychotherapy at the Uni-
versity of Buffalo.
Rabbi
Weinstein,
principal
of the Windsor Hebrew School,
was formerly associated with the
Beth Aaron Synagogue and Ye-
shivath Beth Yehudah in De-
troit.

Plans for a Dec. 21 wedding
at the Detroit-Leland Hotel have
been completed by Pearl Glicker
and Arthur D. Behrendt.
The bride-elect is the daugh-
ter of Mrs. William Glicker of
Euclid avenue west. Her fiance's
parents are the Milton A. Beh-
rendts of the Belcrest Hotel.

of Audrey Fried, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Barnett J. Fried of
Los Angeles and formerly of Detroit, to Irving Gronsky, son of
the Roy Gronsky of Balboa, Calif. •
The bride wore a floor-length slipper satin gown with fingertip
veil. Her prayer book was adorned with white orchids and lillies
of the valley.
Anita Blank served as matron of honor, and Marcia Lasky and
Muriel Levett as bridesmaids. Arthur Gronsky was best man,
and Howard Blank and Martin Fried ushers.
The bride attended UCLA and is affiliated with Sigma Theta
Pi. Her husband attended Webb Institute.
Following the ceremony, the newlyweds left on a wedding
trip to Arizona.
