Engagement Told
Mrs. Helen Gross of Richton avenue announces the engage-
ment of her daughter Lilyan to Lester Michatlson of Los Angeles.
No wedding date has been set.
Mr. and Mrs. Morris Appelblatt of .1Iazelwood avenue an-
nounced the engagement of their daughter Shirley Ruth to Benson
Bernard Leet, son of Mrs. Barnett Leet of Holmur avenue, at a
dinner for the immediate family last week in the Appelblatt home.
A June wedding is planned.
The engagement of Minna Lewis, daughter of Mrs. Rose Lewis
of Philadelphia avenue and the late Ben B. Lewis, to Leonard
Bernstein of Cortland avenue, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. David
Bernstein, has been announced. A spring wedding is planned.
Mr. and Mrs. Harris Cohen of Monterey avenue announce the
engagement of their daughter Debra to Louis G. Clinton, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Clinton of Cortland avenue. No wedding date
has been set.
Mr. and Mrs. J. Feldman of Calvert avenue announce the en-
gagement of their daughter Geraldine to William Warren, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Warren of Lawton avenue. Mr. Warren is
attending the University of Detroit. A June wedding is scheduled.
Mr. and Mrs. Morris Bell of Toronto announce the engagement
of their daughter Judith to Melvin Murray Robins, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Mack Robin's of Euclid avenue west. The wedding will take
place Jan. 31 in Toronto.
