walk about for a few minutes,
while thinking about the next
assignment. This break should
never be so long that the, mental
"set" of study is broken.
Rest and Relaxation are re-
quired, every day, in light
amounts, before or just after
meals. Sufficient sleep, of at
least eight hours each night, is
an absolute essential. You study
best when rested.
Worry reduces study efficiency.
Generally people worry about
things which seem serious but
which turn out to be minor
matters. Most of the things you
worried about last week didn't
happen.
