Dr. and Mrs. Jacob S. Lipsky of Edison avenue announce the
engagement of their daughter Audrey Barbara to Gerold I. Shul-
man, son of the Rev. and Mrs. Paul Shulman of Fullerton avenue.
Miss Lipsky attended Wayne University. Her fiance is a graduate
of Wayne.
Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Gassin of Chicago and formerly of
Detroit announce the engagement of their daughter Elaine to
Sherwood Thomas of Chicago. Miss Gassin attended Indiana
University, where she was affiliated with Sigma Delta Tau, and
Roosevelt College. Mr. Thomas attends the Illinois School of
Pharmacy. A late summer wedding is planned.
