Home Relief has increased its Work because of more requests for aid in meeting the higher cost of living. Funds are pro- vided by the group for purchase of textbooks, furniture, food and clothing, for medical care and toward the purchase of homes. In addition, the society visits Jewish patients in various hos- pitals, supplying them with candy, cigarets, newspapers and magazines.
