Miss Steiner is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and is working for a masters' degree in clinical psychiatry. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Delta Tau. Dr. Caplan, who is the brother of Dr. and Mrs. Morris H. Marks of Edison avenue, spent five years in the armed forces and is presently working on a fellowship in psychiatry at the University of Min- nesota. The wedding will take place in October.
