Ginsburg-Tatarsky Vows Spoken

Mr. and Mrs. Morris L. Solomon of Burlingame avenue announce '
the engagement of their daughter Josephine to Henry Lasky, son of
Mr. and Mrs. David Padlasky of New York City.
At a family dinner, Mr. and Mrs. Berl Weissenberg of gurte-
vant avenue announced the betrothal of their (laughter Irene to
Harold Schmalberg, son of Mrs. Rose Schmalberg of Hazelwood
avenue and the late Mr. Schmalberg. A November wedding is
planned.
The engagement of May Binder, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Harry Binder of Clairmount avenue, to Martin Baumgarten, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Baumgarten of Duane avenue, has been
announced. No wedding (late has been set.
Mr. and Mrs. S. Resnick of Manning avenue, Toronto, announce
the engagement of their daughter Mildred to Harold Winston, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Morris Winston of Gladstone avenue. A late fall
wedding is planned.

Howard Gaines, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Herman Gaines of Petoskey
avenue, took place July 20 at
the Bel-Aire.
Rabbi Joshua Sperka and Can-
tor Hyman Adler of Congrega-
tion Bnai David officiated at the
ceremony, with David J. Cohen
as Koien. Cohen contributed the
traditional Koien's fee to the
Jewish National Fund.
Joseph A. Block, president of
Bnai David and grandfather of
the child, donated $100 to the
Jewish National Fund in honor
of the occasion.

MRS. GERALD NORMAN TATARSKY
The marriage of Suzanne Lisbeth Ginsburg, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Fred A. Ginsburg of Chicago boulevard, to Gerald Norman
Tatarsky, son of Mrs. Max Tatarsky of Denver, Col., was solemnized
July 26 at the home of the bride.
Matron of honor was Mrs. Marvin Mintz, the groom's sister.
Maid of honor was Mignon Ginsburg, the bride's sister. Bridesmaids
were Stephanie Tatarsky and Mitzi Mintz, and Janet Bing, cousin
of the bride, was flower girl.
Hyman Tatarsky was best man, and Lewis J. Ruskin, Samuel
Tatarsky and Joseph S. Bing were ushers. John and James Ginn
seated the guests.
After a six weeks' tour of Banff, Lake Louise and British*
Columbia, the couple will reside in Denver.
