QUESTION: Do you think the
U. S. is justified in sending
relief supplies to Germany
and other former Axis coun-
tries?
SAM MARGOLIS, 2662 Hazel-
wood avenue, salesman.
We should continue to send
relief supplies even to the peo-
ple we fought because if we
don't help
them, we'll
have a lot of
trouble. T h e
only way we
can have peace
in the world
today is to sa-
tisfy the peo-
ple with plenty
of food, cloth-
ing and shel-
ter to make
their lives wortliwhile.•
Right now the Europeans are
a dissatisfied group and we've
learned that starving people are
trouble-makers. From the hu-
manitarian point of view we
should treat all the people in
Europe the same way.
